We Stick Around

​When you purchase hours from Orca we stick around and manage your account and the VA. We don't leave you to the vast abyss of the internet, to deal with vanishing VA's who take your money and your work. We have Project Managers who are in constant contact with our VA's and we the Management are in constant contact with the Project Managers. If there is ever a problem you can contact us directly here in the U.S. and we will do everything we can to fix the issue. Our VA's are like family, some of them have been with us since the beginning of Orca. We love our VA's and we know you will love them as well.

Our commitment to the Philippines

I spent 2 years on an LDS mission in a remote part of the Philippines when I was 19 years old, and I loved my time there. One thing that stuck with me over the years was the high level of education the people had but had no opportunity to use that education. Even in this remote part of the Philippines the people were very educated and spoke great English. I remember one particular instance; my friend and I were being taxied to an appointment in a putt-putt, (bicycle with a sidecar on it), and as we were being peddled about we were talking to the young driver and asked him how he learned English so well. His response amazed and saddened me. He said he had a degree in civil engineering, I of course asked why he was driving a putt-putt and he said there were no jobs for a civil engineer in his town. I found this to be the case with the majority of the people I met. They had the education and capabilities but lacked the opportunity. I have been back a few times over the past 20 years and have seen a dramatic shift in the quality of life. The people of the Philippines are enjoying a rise in their economy due to the rise of the BPO industry (Business Process Outsourcing). The highly intelligent, highly educated Filipinos now have more opportunities to use their education to improve their lives. We here at Orca are happy to be offering opportunities to the Filipino people to use their skills and education to better their lives and the lives of their families. We show our commitment to the Philippines by paying an above-industry standard wage and offer advancement opportunities for those wanting to achieve more.
